This is the standard production procedure for 50 litres of liquid antiseptic
Step 1: Measure 5 litres of pine oil and dissolve it with 1kg of texapon to form the water base content.
Step 2: Measure 25 litres of distilled water into the water base mixture above, and stir together.
Step 3: Add 2 litres of chloroxylenol content and stir
Step 4: Measure 25 litres of IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol), add it to the production mixture and stir for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Finally, add 250ml of Dettol coloir to give the brown base colour.
Wait for 10 minutes, then start packaging. You can decide to give your product a name that aligns with your brand. You can produce it for your own domestic or personal use. You can also make some good money from producing and marketing liquid antiseptic in commercial quantity.
