Job Description:

*Optimize and edit content to align with SEO best practices, accessibility, readability, brand guidelines and other digital marketing efforts.

*Maintain web editorial calendar, style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks and content migration plans.

*Responsible for the creation, delivery and editing of website content.

*Provide proactive recommendations for site performance improvements.

*Perform content audits, keeping track of outdated/expired content as well as keyword research and gap analyses.

Education, experience, and other requirements

*Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

*3-5 years proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on optimization and content creation experience.

*Experience researching trends, competitor performance, and user behaviors.

*Experience driving SEO projects to completion.

*Experience with a website CMS, HTML and CSS.

*Experience in Google Analytics and ability to make data-driven decisions.

*Experience building content strategies
Knowledge of social media best practices

*Strong organizational, interpersonal, writing, editing and project management skills.

*Ability to juggle priorities, stay focused and act as a team player and creative thinker.

*Willing to learn on the job and sharpen skills through ongoing professional development.
